What is NutriFlow and how does it work?

NutriFlow is a free, non-profit platform that connects restaurants and food businesses with verified NGOs who can collect and distribute surplus food to people in need. Restaurants post a listing, NGOs accept it, pick it up, and distribute it — all tracked in real time through our dashboards.

Is NutriFlow completely free to use?

Yes — 100% free for everyone. We are a non-profit initiative. There are no subscription fees, no commissions, and no hidden charges for restaurants or NGOs, now or ever.

How do I register as a restaurant partner?

Click "Login / Register" at the top right and choose "Join as Restaurant." Fill in your basic details and start listing surplus food immediately. Our team reviews new partners within 24 hours and you'll receive a Verified badge upon approval.

What types of food can be listed on NutriFlow?

Any safe, edible food with a remaining shelf life of at least 2 hours — including cooked meals, packaged food, fresh produce, bakery items, dairy, and beverages. All listings must meet basic food safety hygiene standards.

How are NGOs verified on the platform?

All NGOs undergo a verification process where we check government registration certificates, past work history, and point-of-contact details. Verified NGOs are shown with a blue ✅ Verified badge on their profile and dashboard.

Can I track the impact of my donations as a restaurant?

Absolutely! Your restaurant dashboard includes a live impact counter showing meals saved through your listings. You also receive notifications when an NGO accepts your food and when pickup is completed, along with monthly impact reports.

What if an NGO doesn't pick up listed food in time?

If a listing is approaching expiry without being accepted, NutriFlow sends urgent notifications to nearby NGOs and flags it as "Expiring Soon" 🔥. Restaurants can also contact our support team for emergency pickup coordination.

Which cities is NutriFlow currently active in?

Currently active in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and Jaipur. We are expanding rapidly — contact us if your city is not listed and we will work to onboard partners in your area.
